Immaginando

Uniti nella vita e nella passione per la creatività, che vivono all'interno di alvei culturali diversi, giungono alla Fotografia attraverso percorsi opposti, ma con la stessa finalità: creare Immagini.
Mara Ramella, retroterra culturale scientifico, raggiunge la fotografia mediante l'Informatica, che aveva già utilizzato per interagire con altre arti visuali come il Disegno e la Computer grafica. La conoscenza, quindi, di macchine e programmi atti a produrre immagini ed elaborarle a posteriori ha generato la voglia di utilizzare il suo sapere per imparare a “disegnare” il mondo con la luce.
Fabio Fazzari, carattere culturale umanistico, si accosta alla fotografia tramite la musica, cercando di unire entrambe per esprimere tutte le potenzialità dei linguaggi creativi della multisensazione. E', di conseguenza, un accanito “lettore” di fotografia e di altri soggetti delle arti visive (Cinema, Disegno, Pittura). Con il tempo sente l'esigenza di vivere in modo passivo la musica e di assumere un ruolo attivo nei confronti della fotografia, accostando allo studio per la lettura delle fotografie quello delle macchine, dei programmi e delle tecniche per “scrivere con la luce”.
Entrambi si definiscono inguaribili appassionati ed eterni studenti, sempre alla ricerca dei punti di osservazione meno esplorati, delle emozioni, dell'eleganza, della bellezza e sempre tesi allo studio dei mezzi per avvicinare sempre di più il “ciò che voglio” al “ciò che ottengo”.
Il Portfolio di Fazzari e Ramella è sotteso, quindi, di razionale ed emozionale che si uniscono in ogni scatto attraverso un continuo brain storming, che avvicina le due anime culturali fino a farle combaciare per la generazione dell'Immagine.

Fabio Fazzari

Fazzari & Ramella linked both in life and in the passion for creativity, which they experienced in different environments, reached photography coming from opposite directions, but with the same aim: creating images.
Mara Ramella, who has a scientific background, approached photography through Information Technology, that she already used to interact with other visual arts such as Drawing and Computer Graphic. Her knowledge of machines and programs fit for creating images and elaborating them, made her wish to use her know-how to learn how to “draw” the world with light.
Fabio Fazzari, who has a humanistic background, approached photography through music, while trying to unite both in order to express all the potentials of the creative languages of the “multisensation”. He is an avid “reader” of photography and of other Visive Arts (Films, Drawing, Painting). With the passing of time he feels the need to live music in a passive way while having an active role in photography, studying both photography and the machines, both the programs and the techniques to “write” with light.
Both Fabio and Mara call themselves incurable eternal students - they are fond of studying and they are always looking for the less explored observation points, for the emotions, for the elegance, for the beauty. They are always striving for the tools that can allow them to have what they really want.
Fazzari and Ramella's portfolio is therefore tinged with rationality and emotion, fused in each and every photo through a continuous brainstorming, that brings the two cultural souls together, giving life to the Image.
