Fotografia non è sinonimo di immagine, ma punto intermedio del processo di rappresentazione delle emozioni. Ogni elemento del mondo viene raccolto ed elaborato dagli organi di senso, poi filtrato al vaglio della complessa rete di esperienze, creando in ogni individuo emozioni diverse, che generano azioni e pensieri.Così, nel fotografo, la realtà crea l'emozione; l'emozione genera la fotografia, che fissa la realtà; il pensiero conferisce contenuti e motivazioni alla fotografia, creando l'immagine.

Photograph & image

A photograph is not simply an image - it is in fact an intermediate stage in the process of representing emotions. Each element of the surrounding world is caught and processed by the sense organs, then it is filtered by the complex network of experience, that creates different emotions in each and every person, giving rise to actions and thoughts. So reality enables the photographer to feel the emotion; the emotion creates the picture, fixing reality; the thought gives the photograph contents and grounds, giving life to the image.
